Founder and CEO
Dr. Glover serves as the President and founder of WiGL Inc. and interim CEO until a future CEO is installed. Dr. Glover has successfully directed and managed large-scale energy transfer programs for the U.S. military for over 30+ years. He served as a strategic technical advisor for the Federal Aviation Administration, numerous municipal governments, and private industry companies. Dr. Glover served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he led high-tech acquisitions programs overseeing multi-billion-dollar space and special operations programs. He successfully helped create numerous start-ups and spin off for the Air Force. After retirement, he successfully positioned CPS Professional Services for acquisition in 2014. Dr. Glover founded Glover 38th St Holdings, LLC and currently manages over $10M in government contracts. Dr. Glover holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Olive College, a Master of Business Administration from Cameron University, and Doctor of Business Administration from Touro University.Advisor
Mr. Baker is a trusted executive leader widely known as a strategic planner and executor of large, important, highly visible projects and products to mitigate risks. He has demonstrated success in building high-performance, effective teams, and team of teams through empowerment, timely decision making, problem solving, and conflict management while being driven by attention to detail. Mr. Baker graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a command pilot with more than 3,000 flight hours in both the F-16 and F-22 aircraft, served multiple combat tours in the Middle East, Southwest and Southeast Asia, and instructed at the US Air Force Fighter Weapons School (“Top Gun”). Mr. Baker commanded (Chief Operating Officer) at both the squadron and wing levels including the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan. His final assignment was Vice Commander (Chief Executive Officer) at the 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. As an executive, Mrs. Wise has 20+ years experience in Business Development for the Semiconductor Industry. Mrs. Wise assisted in the development of the WiGL strategic plan and knows how to identify new development opportunities and implement innovative growth- related initiatives. Mrs. Wise holds a degree in Contract Law and Paralegal Studies from Santa Clara University. Mr. Alfred Anderson, Co-Inventor of WiGL eNERGY. Mr. Anderson is an American inventor. He spent 40+ years as a mechanical engineer in the oil, gas and refinery industries. Mr. Anderson holds over 15 patents in energy and consumer products. Mr. Noah is a retired US Air Force pilot. After his Air Force retirement, he served in leadership roles as an Air Force civilian. Like other members of the team, he lead the development of new technology maintaining the Air Force's battlefield superiority. Mr. Noah (known as Moses to the team) now lead's WiGL's development of eNERGY products for DoD and commercial needs, among other roles.
